Hangzhou, China (April 20, 2016) — ZC Rubber gets Germany’s TÜV SÜD award for its roll resistance testing experiment machine, according to the European regulation 1235/2011.
TÜV SÜD is an international service corporation focusing on consulting, testing, certification and training, officially sanctioned by the European government. ZC Rubber selects 5 tyres in different roll resistance for preparing the test. They are tested both at ZC Rubber and Germany. The Pearson Correlation Coefficient between the two results is 0.9955, which is almost perfect positive correlation — as such a coefficient can only be between -1 and +1. The significance of this correlation coefficient is also extremely high, which show the high precision and stability of ZC Rubber’s equipment.
Actually, ZC Rubber has been obtained the standardization of roll resistance testing experiment machine successfully for two times. That means that the company could meet the requirements of European regulation ECE R117 and provide lower roll resistance tyres for global customers. The test result will also be accepted by the labelling laws in Brazil.
“We are pleasured to gain the certificate again from TÜV SÜD. Our company always commits to offer valuable, comfortable and green tyre for customers and protects the environment as one of our social responsibilities,” says Zhang Liming, vice president of ZC Rubber. In addition, ZC Rubber has been cooperating with TÜV SÜD both on the research of tyres’ performance on the wet and snow. “We will cooperate with leading test organization further and continuously improve research & development capability and the tyre performance.” says Zhang Liming.Michael Staude, General Manager Tyre and Wheels of TÜV SÜD, issues the certificate to Zhang Liming, vice president of ZC Rubber.
